About Baldwin Holdings Corporation
Baldwin Holdings Corporation (Pty) Limited (BHC) is a one hundred percent Black owned South African investment and management holding company established on 3 December 2012. The corporation provides strategic oversight, governance leadership, and corporate stewardship to its subsidiaries and investment portfolio.
Who We Are
BHC is a governance-driven, investment-focused entity that contributes to South Africa’s transformation agenda and economic growth. Through its subsidiaries, Baldwin Technologies and Ralehumo Corporation, as well as its Investment Facilitation Division, the corporation advances innovation, sustainability, and financial empowerment to create long-term value for stakeholders.
The corporation ensures that all subsidiaries operate within sound governance frameworks, adhere to South African legislation, and follow international standards of ethical conduct, sustainability, and accountability. Its governance philosophy is firmly rooted in the principles of the King IV Report, the Companies Act (No. 71 of 2008), and regulatory frameworks guiding ICT, industrial development, and corporate conduct.
Through strategic leadership and structured oversight, BHC promotes operational excellence, compliance, ethical leadership, and innovation across all business units while supporting the national imperative of inclusive economic development within the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework.
